Sift Healthcare is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This hire will work with our data science, product development, and technology teams to expand and enhance Sift’s suite of reporting tools.
Sift is transforming healthcare payments by equipping healthcare organizations to fully leverage their payments data to work smarter, protect their margins and accelerate cash. Large health systems, leading HCIT vendors, payers and outsourced revenue management agencies use Sift's Payments Intelligence Platform, ML integrations, advanced analytics and reporting to optimize payment outcomes and enable data-driven decision-making within the revenue cycle.
This role requires understanding, organizing and structuring data in user-friendly and logical formats. The BI Analyst will assist in building, designing, and maintaining our client-facing and internal dashboards, emphasizing user experience. The role will also provide ad hoc analysis, develop scalable dashboards, and assist in delivering key metrics that drive value for Sift's clients and partners.
We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in an analyst or business intelligence role, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. BI Tool (Sisense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.), UX and dashboard design, and SQL experience are required. Experience with healthcare or revenue cycle data is preferred.
A Wisconsin resident is preferred for this role, but remote candidates will be considered.
Compensation will be based on skills, experience and performance.
