Sift Healthcare hiring an Executive Director for Sales reporting to the Vice President of Growth & Client Operations.
Sift transforms healthcare payments by equipping healthcare organizations to fully leverage their payments data to work smarter, protect their margins and accelerate cash. Large health systems, leading HCIT vendors, payers and outsourced revenue management agencies use Sift's Payments Intelligence Platform, ML integrations and advanced analytics and reporting to optimize payment outcomes and enable data-driven decision-making.
We are seeking a sales professional with proven enterprise experience selling directly to health system senior leaders, specifically CEOs, CFOs and VPs of Revenue Cycle, with an established network and track record.
The Executive Director will be excited about building new business and is well-versed in developing an extensive sales pipeline, executing inbound and outbound lead generation activities, growing revenue, shaping and executing GTM initiatives, and expanding sales infrastructure.
▹ Identify and close new health system business
▹ Develop a personal short and long-term sales plan, tactics and timeline mapped to established company goals to meet orexceed sales targets
▹ Develop and execute partnerships with relevant channel and strategic partners
▹ Provide transparent and consistent reporting on the status of sales activity (results, barriers, timelines, etc.) andregular sales forecasts to executive leadership
▹ Represent the company through participation in key industry events
▹ Monitor competitors’ market positions and value propositions to help create effective pricing strategies and sales programs
▹ Stay current on industry, market, product and technology trends to identify new opportunities for growth
▹ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive customer acquisition and retention
▹ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
▹ 7+ years of experience selling SaaS-based solutions in the healthcare industry, preferably revenue cycle solutions
▹ Deep, personal relationships with C-level decision-makers at large health systems
▹ Proven experience building, managing, tracking, and executing a sales pipeline
▹ Knowledge of revenue cycle and payments complexities
▹ Knowledge of payer and provider buying processes, organizational structures and funds flow
▹ Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
▹ Exceptional consultative and communication skills along with strong negotiation ability
▹ Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities within strategicaccounts
Compensation will be based on skills, experience and performance. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for significant performance bonuses and benefits.
